User rules: Material from Arts Alliance of Portage County’s website, artsportagecounty.org (AAPC.org), may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way. You may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use provided you keep intact all copyright and other ownership notices. Modification of downloaded materials or use of materials for any other purpose is a violation of AAPC.org copyright and is not permitted. The use of any such material on any other website is expressly prohibited.

User's obligation: In connection with the use of AAPC.org, you agree to abide by all applicable federal, state, or lo9cal laws, including those relating but not necessarily limited to such areas as libel, slander, defamation, trade libel, product disparagement, harassment, invasion of privacy, tort, obscenity, indecency, and copyright or trademark infringement. Content: AAPC.org will depend on the integrity of its users to become a trusted service. Users are responsible for the content entered into the website, and the Arts Alliance of Portage County reserves the right to review information and images prior to posting. AAPC reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove information that is, in its sole discretion, deemed unacceptable and undesirable or in violation of these rules or Wisconsin State Law. As a site that provides access to a wide variety of artistic events and resources, users may encounter information or images that users may deem unsuitable for children.

User Posting Policy: Users must be reputable artists and organizations whose main focus involves an aspect of the arts. These users must produce events or art that are available to the general public and they must be based in Portage County. Users do not need to be nonprofit, although for profit organizations, venues and artists must produce work or events that have legitimate aesthetic or educational value. The Arts Alliance of Portage County may decline organizations or venues that are known to provide poor quality programs, events, or services with low educational or aesthetic value.
