These users must produce events or art that are available to the general public and they must be based in Portage County. Users do not need to be nonprofit, although for profit organizations, venues and artists must produce work or events that have legitimate aesthetic or educational value. The Arts Alliance of Portage County may decline organizations or venues that are known to provide poor quality programs, events, or services with low educational or aesthetic value.
