4th Annual Central Wisconsin Film Festival

Featuring award winning independent films including shorts, documentaries and feature films primarily from directors with Wisconsin connections. The 2009 Festival will feature four different programs, screened at three venues in Amherst and Stevens Point. Talkbacks will be scheduled for the Friday and Saturday screenings if directors are available.
The cwfilmfest is generally appropriate for all ages over 14. Some movies may contain strong language and parents need to use their discretion.

The Central Wisconsin Film Festival (cwfilmfest) showcases emerging and established independent film and video makers. Established in 2006, cwfilmfest supports film and video makers that demonstrate a high regard for moving images as artistic expression. cwfilmfest's intent is to promote understanding, tolerance, entertainment and social awareness while providing a stimulating and enriching cultural experience within central Wisconsin.
